It smells good. It’s gluten free and high in protein which is great for me. And it tastes okay but nothing special. Reminds me of cinnamon flavored KIX. I don’t love that it’s soy based. Maybe it’s just me, but I can taste the soy (it leaves an aftertaste) and I don’t care for it. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Special K zero sugar is horrible. I can’t force myself to finish the first bowl. The rest of the box is going in the trash.

I only got to have a few boxes of the cinnamon before it disappeared. I really liked it and the strawberry one is fine but I preferred the cinnamon flavor.
